Privacy Policy

You will be able to enroll in GSPilots and complete a training course for preparing for your exam. For this purpose, you must register your account with us. This registration means GSPilots is using your personal data, to further process this to determine the training requirements you require and to improve your skills.

Your login details and training will be kept secret from us. If you require any further details, you can contact us on our given email.

We keep your exam data for 12 months after which it will be erased. If you wish to remove your data you can delete your account with us upon your request.

User accounts are suspended and removed after 12 months of activity, if you wish for us to remove these earlier you can do so by contacting us by sending us an email.

When you are to apply for a subscription, you will be asked to provide certain personal information, for example:

  • your name; and
  • your email address.
  • Country where you are taking exams

Please note that we require this information to be able to subscribe to your email for providing you with the question bank. We will be unable to subscribe to you without your personal data.

If you purchase services or bank transfers we will require additional personal information to process such payment (address). Please note that this information is not stored by us.

Your personal information will be used to provide you with the order requirements and to communicate with you regarding further education. All details given by you will be kept safe with us.

By completing the form and ticking the boxes you are providing your consent for GSPilots to process your personal data, and this is the legal basis we are relying on to do so. We will use the information that you give us to send you relevant emails containing GSPilots news & marketing communications.

We always review emails you send to us and remove any when inactivity is shown. You can withdraw your consent and unsubscribe at any time.

We will not send your information to any other than you.

How do we safeguard your personal data?

Protecting your data and privacy is very important to us and we make efforts to secure your information and maintain your confidentiality in accordance with all relevant Data Protection Legislation.

Please note that we may need to disclose your personal information where we:

Right of Access

We will provide the information you request as soon as possible and in any event within one month of receiving your request unless there are extenuating circumstances. If we need more information to comply with your request, we will let you know.

The right to rectification

If you believe the personal data, we hold about you is inaccurate or incomplete, or if any of the information you provide to us changes, please let us know as soon as possible so that we can make the necessary changes. We will comply with your request within one month of receiving it. We will also let you know if we need more time to comply with your request. There are certain cases where we are entitled to refuse to comply with a request.

Illegal use or selling of our data will be taken as a serious offense and will result in suspending your account and legal actions will be taken.
